About the event
Join us for an approx. 6 mile end to end hike from Elk Garden on the Appalachian Trail to the Mt. Rogers Trail down to SR 603 (Fairwood Road). We may see some ponies along the way as well as the beginnngs of the changing leaves. We plan to have cars at both ends. Bring lunch, water, poles and rain gear. Hike leader Carol Keene.
Meet up locations are Abingdon Lowe's @ 9AM, or Elk Garden @ 9:45.
